Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 10, 2026

Goldberg Injury Law (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through goldberginjurylaw.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

By using this website or submitting information through it, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit information through it.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you complete a contact form, request a consultation, call us, or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide. This typically includes your name, email address, telephone number, your preferred method of contact, and any details you share about your situation.

You do not have to give us any of this information. If you choose not to, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry or evaluate whether we can help you.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you view, the time and date of your visit, and the site or search that referred you. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, described below.

Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from other sources, such as publicly available records or referrals, and combine it with the information we already hold.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it;
  • evaluate whether we are able to represent you, and carry out any conflict-of-interest check that requires;
  • provide legal services if you become a client;
  • send appointment reminders, intake follow-ups, and secure links for signing documents;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website;
  • comply with our legal, regulatory, and professional obligations.

Text Messaging

We may use SMS text messaging to communicate with people who have given consent to receive messages from us. These messages may include appointment scheduling and reminders, intake follow-ups, case updates, and secure links for electronically signing documents.

Consent is optional. You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to contact us or to become a client.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

To stop receiving text messages from us at any time, reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further texts from us. If you would like to start receiving messages again, you can opt in again the same way you did the first time.

For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at [email protected] or (702) 529-2661.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as case management software, secure document signing, website hosting, analytics, and communications providers. These providers may use your information only to perform those services for us.
  • Legal and professional obligations. Where required by law, court order, subpoena, or the rules of professional conduct that govern attorneys in Nevada, or to establish or defend legal claims.
  • With your direction. Where you ask us to share information, for example with a medical provider, an insurer, or another party involved in your matter.
  • Business transfer. If the firm merges with or transfers its practice to another firm, client and prospective-client information may transfer as part of that, subject to the confidentiality obligations that already apply to it.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services themselves.

Confidentiality of Enquiries

Information you send us through this website is treated as confidential to the extent required by the Nevada Rules of Professional Conduct. However, please note the section below on attorney-client relationships, and avoid sending highly sensitive details through the website contact form before we have spoken.

We use analytics services to measure traffic and understand which pages are useful. These services may set their own cookies and collect usage data.

Most browsers let you refuse new cookies, alert you when a cookie is set, or delete cookies already stored. Refusing cookies may affect how parts of the site function.

Data Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you, to run conflict checks, and to meet our legal, regulatory, and professional record-keeping obligations. Client file retention is governed by the Nevada Rules of Professional Conduct and our engagement agreement.

You may:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate;
  • ask us to delete information, subject to our legal and professional retention obligations;
  • opt out of text messages by replying STOP;
  • opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any such email.

Nevada residents have the right under NRS 603A.340 to direct us not to sell their personal information. We do not sell personal information, but you may still submit a request to [email protected].

To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first.
